So, this is it, the end of 18 years of Star Trek... is it a worthy ending? I'm afraid to say it's not.

What about "These are the voyages"? Quite frankly, if this had been a TNG-episode or any other Enterprise-episode but the last one I'd have given it a 3.5-4/5... but it wasn't. This was supposed to be the last episode of Enterprise, to remind the audience of the strengths of this show, to bring it to a fitting end. And unfortunately, it failed to deliver all of that.

Final rating: 2/5 and simply because there has been that utter catastrophe called "Bound" prior in this season...

Honestly, I'm not sure quite what to think about this episode. It was a good episode, plenty of drama, hints of the future... but it didn't quite work out for me.

Overall, "Terra Prime" was a good episode, unfortunately it had the potential to become a great episode and couldn't quite live up to that. I rate it 4/5.

"Demons" finally brings ENT back on track towards the foundation of the Federation and reintroduces us to the xenophobic tendencies on Earth that the Vulcan involvement in Earth's space programme and the Xindi attack brought forth.

My final rating is a 4/5 - a very interesting episode with a significant lack of action sequences and a good deal of talk, things I've been missing throughout the most recent episodes. I just hope the conclusion will live up to it - especially since I don't put too much faith into the ultimate episode to tie up any loose threads and I'm particularly looking forward to the fate of Trip and T'Pol's daughter. Maybe she'll manage to wrap both her parents around her little finger and put a stop to all that dancing around once and for all.

To be honest, I don't quite know what to think about this episode. Quite a few twists and turns along the way but somehow it didn't quite reach me.

Overall, I grant this episode a weak 3/5 (more of a 2.5/5, actually) - but it's quite obvious that the writers can't think of anything a bit more thought-engaging any longer... which is a shame since I had rather hoped that this programme will end with a bang that leaves the audience wanting more (there were instances of greatness in this season at least...) instead of dragging out like this...

I liked the opening credits best... and of course the prologue... with the wonderful music of First Contact... and then Cochrane pulling his weapon - didn't expect that at all.

Well, I'm looking forward to the conclusion of this 2-parter... I'm not glued to the edge of my seat but this episode was certainly better than the last one (not that it could have been much worse...). I'm just starting to wonder if perhaps the producers went in the wrong direction with Enterprise - they should have had the courage of producing a series wholly set in that parallel universe with more or less evil!humans bent on universe-domination... now, *that* would have been a new direction for Star Trek to go.

I think "Bound" was the first episode of Enterprise (or Star Trek for that matter) ever where I asked myself whether I really want to watch the whole 40 minutes. The first 20 minutes lack a real plot but "make up" for that by groping, lascivious behaviour and everything else any adolescent male's mind can think of. I don't mind a bit of sexual tension but this went way of the mark. Seeing those lecherous gazes... disgusting.

Let's face it: "Bound" is one of the worst episodes Star Trek has ever come forth with... and quite honestly, if *that* is all the producers and writers can think of for one of the last episodes of this programme then the Star Trek-franchise certainly is better off without the continued presence of Enterprise.

1/5 - but simply because there is no lower mark.

Compared to the opener of this two-part-episode "Divergence" was quite a downlet.... unfortunately.

There was virtually none of the character interaction that appealed so much to me in "Affliction", almost every conflict was resolved in a far too casual way. Instead we got to see many totally unnecessary and quite ridiculous special effects...

Well, as I said, this episode was way weaker than many others of this season - it wasn't bad but when I consider the quality Enterprise is able to deliver then I'm quite disappointed.

When I first heard that Affliction would deal with the Klingons I must admit that I didn't really look forward to this episode. I don't like Klingons, never have and never will. But Affliction certainly was a pleasant surprise.

I'm already yearning for more.

Now, this was quite a great episode in my opinion. Lots of characterization and action...

Overall, I'm really sad to know that Enterprise only has 10 episodes left. In light of this season, I'd love to see more - and believe me, if someone had predicted my saying so a year ago I'd have him/her comitted! Amazing how a change in the production team can turn around a programme so drastically to the better...

After the very mediocre "Daedalus", "Observer Effect" definitely went up a notch in quality. Of course, it could be my background in medicine speaking (*g*) but I'm a real sucker for episodes that deal with incurable illnesses and/or death.

I rate this episode 4/5 - because of the predictable outcome. We've had quite a few episodes in Trek-history that went in the same direction, of course, but still this version has been one of the better renditions of this theme.

"The Forge" left me with high expectations that this episode here couldn't quite deliver.

Overall, a good and exciting episode that leaves a lot of ground to be covered in the conclusion of this three-parter. But it didn't satisfy my wish to finally see the real Vulcans if a non-member of the Syrannites acts more Vulcan than the supposed followers of Surak's true teachings...

Well, well, *finally* we delve deeper into the Vulcan society, something I've only been waiting for 3 seasons and 7 episodes.

Well, I'm definitely looking forward to the next part of this story-line - how the current High Council's involvement will be revealed to the public, the further fate of Soval and of course, how the hell Archer is going to get rid off Arev's katra.

Definitely one of the best episodes Enterprise had to offer so far - 5 stars out of 5
